GreenBook requires at least one of the following:
Wear a mask
Show proof of vaccination
Show proof of a negative COVID test taken within 72 hours
GreenBook will have hand sanitizer stations throughout the venue
Lunch will be served from food trucks outside under a covered patio, all other provisions will be individually wrapped
- You can request a full refund if your cancellation has been received, in writing, 60 days before the event date
- A 50% refund of your paid registration will be granted for written (email, mail, fax) cancellations received up to 30 calendar days before the event. Unfortunately, we cannot grant any refunds or credits for cancellations received 30 or fewer calendar days prior to the event
- Caveat: No refunds or credits will be granted for no-shows

At any point, a substitute may attend in your place; however, the status of the replacement delegate (regular/member/academic) may affect the original fee charged
Caveat: If you have tested positive for COVID-19 within 30-days before the event, we are happy to give you a credit for any other IIEX Event.
